Do customers need an account or an app?
No. Customers book in their browser, on your booking page, with no sign-up. They get the confirmation and a link to change the appointment by email.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every business gets an address on ubooq.com right away, and you can add your own domain whenever you like. Its HTTPS certificate is set up automatically.
Can I put the booking on my own website?
Yes. Copy the embed code from the settings and paste it into your page. The booking shows there in your own look.
Which languages does the booking speak?
The booking page and the emails exist in these languages: Croatian and English. You choose which ones to offer, and customers get their emails in the language they booked in.
Who is the controller of the customers' personal data?
You are. Your customers' data belongs to your business, and ubooq processes it only on your behalf, under the data processing agreement.
Do customers pay anything to book?
No. Booking is free for your customers.
