Does the booking page say “treatment” instead of “service”?
Yes. In a beauty salon customers choose a treatment and a beautician, and you can change the words yourself in the settings.
Do customers need an app?
No. They book in the browser, without signing up. They get the confirmation, the reminder and a link to change the appointment by email.
Can I ask for a Google review after a treatment?
Yes. Once you turn it on, customers get an email after their appointment with a link to review you on Google. Everyone gets the same invitation, without filtering.
