Booking page look

Your booking page carries your name, logo and colour. The owner edits its look in Settings → Booking page look.

Template

The three templates have the same steps (service, staff member, time, details) and differ in look:

• Stack: every step on one page. Finished steps fold into rows, so your choices are always in view.
• Warm: soft and friendly, with cards, one step per page.
• Showcase: elegant, with a band in your colour, one step per page.

Colour, background and shape

• The Main colour is the colour of buttons, links and selected items. Choose it from the palette or enter a colour code (e.g. #1f2937). The same colour is used in your admin and in the emails.
• The Background is light or dark.
• Corners and Heading font change the shape of buttons and cards and the lettering of headings. The default font is the template's.

If text on the chosen colour would be hard to read, we adjust the colour of buttons and links slightly and tell you so under the colour choice. That keeps the page readable for people with low vision, in the light and the dark look.

Logo

The logo can be a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG of up to 200 KB. It is saved right after uploading, without the Save button. It shows on the booking page, in the emails, in the admin and on the app icon on phones.

We don't accept an SVG with scripts or links to other addresses inside it. Save such a logo as a PNG or a plain SVG.

Preview before saving

Next to the choices is a preview of the booking page. You see changes right away, and they apply only once you save them. You can view the preview as on a phone or a computer and go through every step. Nothing is booked in the preview.

Discard changes goes back to the last saved look.

Emails

Under What to show → Emails you see how every email we send on your behalf looks, in every language, even with a look you haven't saved yet. Send me a test email sends the chosen email to your address, so you can also see it in your own email app.

Emails to customers follow the booking page's look. Emails to you and your staff (invitation, new password and notices) have the admin's neutral look, with your name and logo. Who gets which email and when is in Reminders and emails.
